n behind Business Accounting & Auditing Service (BASE) Pvt. Ltd. Conceptualization of the fact that Business Accounting is a key pillar in organizations helping to create and sustain value and growth in a small country like Bhutan, he founded the company in the year 2002 at Samdrup Jongkhar. Besides his responsibility as the Chief Executive Officer of Business Accounting & Auditing Service (BASE) Private Limited, he is also the Board Director of the Dechok & Associates Private Limited.
The company has always been a success in delivering its services to all its clients effectively and efficiently and in a timely manner, which is why, the company has upgraded and incorporated pursuant to Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2000 named: “Business Accounting & Auditing Service (BASE) Pvt. Ltd” on the 11th of February 2014. With its main office based at Samdrup Jongkhar, the company has also opened its Branch office in Trashigang. Covering a wide range of its clients in the Eastern Dzongkhags, the company has plans to open Regional offices in other Dzongkhags as well to provide and support all business and contract firms in Final Account Preparation and provide audits to review the Clients’ Auditing System.
